How We're Led

First Baptist Church of Spring Valley is an autonomous, self-governing church led by a pastor and a team of deacons and elders who serve our congregation.

Our Pastor provides spiritual leadership, teaching, and vision for the church.

Our Deacons serve the practical and spiritual needs of our church family.

Our Ministry Leaders oversee specific areas of ministry (kids, youth, worship, missions, etc.).

Our Congregation makes key decisions together as a church family through member meetings.

We believe in servant leadership—following the example of Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve.
